- 1924 - Founded by RCA
- 1965 - Awarded 50 Year Int'l Telecom License (RA4617)
- 1989 - Awarded International Gateway License
- 1994 - Granted a 25 year nationwide telecommunications franchise
- 1995 - Awarded a Local and Regional Exchange License to operate / Launched 1st Int'l Frame Relay Service in the Philippines

- Orginally known as Radio Corporation of America (RCA)
- First to open a direct radio telegraph circuit between Manila and the USA in 1927
- First to establish direct telephone circuits between the Philippines-USA and Philippines-Japan in 1933
- First to provide international Telex services in the country in 1955
- First to successfully computerize international telegram services in 1969
- First to provide international fax services in 1978
- First to develop the use of computers for telex and data transmission in 1987
- First to offer unique international telephone services such as Quassi-IDD and Personal Direct Dial in 1992
- First to provide international video-conferencing services in the country in 1993
- First to offer International Frame Relay Services in 1995
- First to offer Prepaid Internet Cards via WebQuest in 1996
